Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to clients buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.
Understand client needs through effective communication and deliver customized solutions.
Offer outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive real estate market.
Stay informed about Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Keep up-to-date with the latest property listings, market shifts, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales or rentals (preferred).
Proven success in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and trends.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with the latest market trends in Dubai is essential.
Property management experience is a plus.
Own visa (preferred).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
