Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. This role involves managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's success in a competitive real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including pricing, trends, and legal regulations
Build and manage a portfolio of property listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
Represent the company at property exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework
Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
RERA or DMT certification preferred
