Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties throughout Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on listings and market conditions
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
Maintain organized records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales or consultancy (UAE market experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
