Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Consultant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing property sales from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on their needs and budget.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on locations, prices, and features.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, developments, and property values in Abu Dhabi.
Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to close deals successfully.
Ensure all documentation and legal formalities are completed accurately and on time.
Develop and maintain a client database using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels (social media, online portals, events).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (UAE experience is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license and own car (required).
RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
