Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Property Listings & Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation:
Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring smooth transactions.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Promote properties through digital marketing, networking, and referrals.
Legal & Documentation Support:
Guide clients through contracts, agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders to facilitate deals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license preferred.
