Job Description
MTG Real Estate L.L.C is looking for a Real Estate Sales Specialist for Dubai office.
We have been working in the Russian market for more than 6 years (St. Petersburg, Moscow), started working in the Dubai market since 2022.
What to do:
- Advise clients
- Select suitable offers for clients\' needs
- Conclude contracts
- Go to Developers\' showings
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
- Conversational English is a must
Conditions:
- Working in an office in the Business Bay district of Dubai
- Probationary period up to 3 months
- SALARY: 40-60% of the developer\'s commission
- Work visa after probation period
- Incoming leads
- Head of Sales Department support
- Sales Training
- Separate marketer for Dubai market
