As a Real Estate Sales Agent at you will play a vital role in facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in either Russian or Chinese and have a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized guidance and advice throughout the buying or selling process.
- Property Listings and Showings:
- Create appealing property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Conduct market analyses to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers.
- Facilitate smooth and efficient real estate transactions, from offer acceptance to closing.
- Multilingual Communication:
- Effectively communicate with clients in either Russian or Chinese to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure clear understanding throughout the process.
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent.
- Proficiency in either Russian or Chinese is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
