We are hiring
fresh real estate agents
who are motivated, confident, and eager to start a career in Dubai's real estate market.No prior experience is required
--full training, leads, and continuous support will be provided. This role is ideal for candidates who want fast growth and high earning potential.Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries Learn property sales and leasing processes Conduct property viewings with senior agents Follow up with leads and update CRM systems Assist in closing sales and rental transactions Attend training sessions and project briefings Achieve activity and monthly targets
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with limited experience welcome Strong communication skills in English Positive attitude and willingness to learn Presentable, confident, and goal-oriented Basic computer knowledge Any sales or customer service background is a plus
