We are expanding our multicultural team and seeking a
female Real Estate Agent (Iranian National, Turkish Speaker)
to serve our growing client base from Iran and Turkey.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and manage prospects through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Guide Turkish- and Farsi-speaking clients through property viewings and investment options.
Present tailored property solutions aligned with clients' financial goals.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients and developers.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, payment plans, and legal regulations.
Build strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Female candidate - Iranian National, fluent in Turkish (Farsi & English are an advantage).
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Target-driven, ambitious, and able to thrive in a competitive market.
Knowledge of Dubai's developers, off-plan projects, and communities is a plus.
