Real Estate Sales Agent ** Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market experience is a must \xc2\xb7 Salary Package up to AED 5000 depends on experiences and plus commission in every closed deals. \xc2\xb7 Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property. \xc2\xb7 Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. \xc2\xb7 Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties. \xc2\xb7 Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc. \xc2\xb7 Show properties to potential buyers and renters. \xc2\xb7 Present purchase offers to sellers. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. \xc2\xb7 Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met. \xc2\xb7 Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses. \xc2\xb7 Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction. \xc2\xb7 Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license. \xc2\xb7 Experience with sales. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of the local property. \xc2\xb7 Possess a valid driver license.
