Onday properties is hiring experienced and passionate Real Estate Sales Agents.
  • Client Interaction: Engaging with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial considerations. This involves active listening and effective communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Property Marketing: Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties for sale. This may involve preparing listings, taking professional photographs, staging properties, and utilizing various advertising channels such as online listings, social media, and print media.
  • Property Valuation: Conducting market research and analysis to determine the value of properties. This includes assessing comparable properties, current market conditions, and factors that may affect property value.
  • Property Showings: Arranging and conducting property viewings for potential buyers. Real estate agents must be knowledgeable about the features and amenities of each property and be able to address any questions or concerns from prospective buyers.
  • Negotiation: Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers during negotiations. Real estate agents negotiate terms of sale, such as price, financing, closing dates, and contingencies, on behalf of their clients.
  • Transaction Management: Overseeing the entire sales process from offer acceptance to closing. This involves coordinating with various parties, including attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Real estate agents must adhere to industry guidelines and disclose relevant information to clients to protect their interests.
  • Continuing Education: Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and changes in real estate laws and regulations through ongoing education and professional development activities.
  • Networking: Building and maintaining a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, brokers, lenders, and service providers. Networking helps real estate agents expand their client base and access resources to support their business.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience of minimum of 1 year in real estate sales in Dubai.
  • Strong marketing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince and inspire clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
