Job Description
Urban Signature Real Estate is looking for Experienced Property Consultants/Real Estate Agent to join our team. We are seeking experienced, motivated and passionate professionals who are eager to build their career with Urban Signature Real Estate with the support of a fantastic global property services brand.

- RERA Card
- Training sessions continuously and Mentoring from the Management.
- Your own dedicated administrator to look at your listings and assist in paperwork.
- Diversified, friendly, and lively work environment.
- Great office location in Business Bay with easy access to other areas of the city.
- Knowledge of sales techniques with at least 6 months to 1 year in a sales role preferably within the UAE.
- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Strong Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- UAE Valid Driving License (Preferred): Possessing a valid UAE driving license will be advantageous in this role.
- Proven Sales Experience: Showcase your track record of success as a salesperson, highlighting your achievements.
- Independent and Interpersonally adept: Combine the ability to work autonomously with outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering fruitful client relationships.
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude, and like to work as part of a team.
- Team player, Positive attitude, and Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients.
- Should be based in Dubai, UAE.
- Willing to join immediately.
- Languages : PreferredRussian / Chinese / Arabic / French / Persian Speakers.
