Job Description
We are Hiring for Real Estate Sales Agent. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people find their dream homes, building relationships, and closing deals. We offer a competitive commission structure, extensive marketing support, and a positive working environment. We expect our candidates must have:
- Experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
- Must be on Sponsor Visa/Freelance Visa.
- Presentable with good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of past sales performance.
- Holds a valid driving license (optional).
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- \xc2\xb7 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Must be on Residence/Freelance Visa
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Must be on Sponsor/Employent visa
- English (Preferred)
