Job Description
Please note this role is a commission based only role We are looking to grow our sales team and require candidates who has strong interpersonal skills, some previous real estate selling will be an advantage, however we are willing to train and invest in the right person who shows enthusiasm and drive and no experience. You will be responsible for letting property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, following up on queries, and resolving client issues. Other duties will include\xe2\x80\x9d \xc2\xb7 Showing properties clients. \xc2\xb7 Facilitating negotiations between camp bosses and head office sales teams. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing contracts to ensure terms are met. \xc2\xb7 Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses. \xc2\xb7 Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction. \xc2\xb7 Obtaining and Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
