Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Dubai. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties within the region. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and facilitate successful property transactions. This position requires exceptional sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct marketing. Conduct market research to stay up to date with current trends, property values, and competitor activities. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties by providing accurate and comprehensive information. Actively build and maintain a database of potential buyers and sellers, ensuring regular follow-up and nurturing of leads. Conduct property viewings, presenting properties to clients, highlighting key features, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Guide clients through the negotiation and sales process, presenting offers, and facilitating counteroffers to secure favourable agreements. Collaborate with property owners, developers, and landlords to list and market properties effectively. Prepare and present sales contracts, agreements, and related documents accurately and in compliance with legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote company services. Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and changes in property laws to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients. Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role in the real estate industry in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and regulations in the UAE. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships. Strong networking abilities and the capability to generate leads and referrals. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively showcase properties and communicate with diverse clients. Proficient in using CRM software and online property portals. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Valid RERA license or certification preferred or willingness to obtain one. Willingness to work on commission basis. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent Salary: Up to AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
