Job Description
Requirement-Lead generation by way of outbound calling to sellers/landlords -Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties. -Rental & Sale of freehold and non-freehold properties in the UAE with specific emphasis in the Emirate of Dubai. It also includes developing the referral network, (media and campaign management etc.), resourcing, public relations (networking etc.) -Originating, developing, and executing market combing and sourcing of rental / freehold Properties in coordination with Branford Real Estate Brokers agents. -Visiting landlord?s territorial and freehold Dubai with respect to securing Management Contracts to rent their properties. -Advice clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions -Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
