Golden Pearl Real Estate Broker is currently hiring real estate agents to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. COMMISSION UPTO 60% : Contacting leads Understanding the exact needs and requirements of your clients Established a local network. Source available properties for viewings according to the requirements. Secure viewings and act as the \xe2\x80\x98go to\xe2\x80\x99 for the client. What are we looking for? The ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong sales and communication skills The hunger and desire to dream big as we believe this to be a core value in our vision. Requirements: Are you an experienced Real Estate Agent in the UAE Who\xe2\x80\x99s looking for an exciting challenge with a fun and forward-thinking company? Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Minimum 2 year of experience in the real estate market or related field Confidence with go getter skills. Ability to negotiate with all different type of customers and nationalities. Multilingual Excellent Negotiation skills Dubai Districts knowledge Knowledge of different developers in Dubai What do we provide? Sales training on new products and market updates In house marketing support with enhanced marketing tools Leads from all major portals.
