We are looking for a Real Estate Agent. Please be informed that this is Commission Based only. Responsibilities:

Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
Generate and manage lists of available properties.
Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value.
Conducting viewings and follow up.
Negotiating offers and contracts.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Display and market property to possible buyers/investors.
Generate quality leads from company paid property marketing portals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate agency (Off-plan, Re-sale, and Rental)
Extensive background in and a strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions or brokerage
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills
A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role
An UAE Attested Bachelor\'s Degree
UAE Driver\'s License is a must with own Car
Experience with UAE Real Estate Developers
