The Heart of Europe is looking to further elevate its sales team by hiring experienced real estate professionals. Responsibilities:

Create a network of potential investors and buyers.
Build relationships with potential clients/agents and maintain contacts with existing clients / agents.
Carry out the sales strategy as directed.
Negotiate and close sales transactions as per company procedure.
Ensure adherence to the sales systems, functions, and procedures.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

UAE driver\'s license is a MUST.
1+ years of experience in real estate industry
Extensive knowledge of UAE / GCC RE sector
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and target oriented environment
Experienced in the negotiation and finalization of complex transactions
Fluent in English, and can speak either Arabic / Russian / Mandarin/French/Spanish
