Job Description
About the Job: Responsible for sharing qualitative content on different social media channels(mainly facebook). Responsible for generating leads and building relationships with clients. Assisting clients for getting the basic information of the projects,filtering the leads, classifying the leads into different levels. Assist and convince the clients to make an appointment and some immediate or urgent follow ups if needed. Job responsibilities: Generate leads from online sources. Engage with clients and get all necessary information about client needs. Ensure smooth transfer of clients to ICS/OCS. Generate leads by creating engaging online content. Book appointments and with clients for viewing do follow up. Follow up with existing and potential clients about their preferences, interests and requirements in booking apartments. Explain all terms and conditions to clients. Requirement: Good knowledge about Social Media like Facebook Instagram, Property finder, Dubizzle.
