Job Description
We are looking for a Senior/Junior REAL ESTATE AGENT at least 2-3 years Property Brokerage experience who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers. Real Estate Agent Responsibilities
- Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- 2-3 years experience as Sales Agent
- Candidate must be available in UAE.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Experience with sales
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Sales Agent: 2 years (Required)
- Property Brokerage: 2 years (Required)
