I am hiring for one of the best up and coming real estate agencies in Dubai who are looking for agents to come in as Partners of the company. THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE LIMITED SPACE ROLE AND ONLY THE VERY BEST WILL BE SELECTED Work on Sales, Offplan - YOU decide! Commission based role with uncapped commision and dividend pay outs based on company profits - minimal investment required Must be based in Dubai, UAE Requirements:
- Expert in 3 areas of Dubai
- 6 months to 1 year minimum sales & or rent real estate experience in Dubai
- Advise sellers / landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
- Qualifying potential buyers
- Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads
- Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
- Maintain regular contact with all clients Benefits
- Selected candidates will be given partnership opportunity which will require minimal investment and will be matched by the company.
- Full 2022 database database access
- Admin staff to support will be provided
- Training and real estate license will be provided
- Visa and medical insurance
- Potential uncapped commission of AED100,000 + per month
- up to 60% commission split
