The Role
Job Position: Real Estate Sales Agent Work Location: Ajman Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Prospect and identify potential clients, both buyers and sellers, in the local real estate market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct property viewings, provide expert advice, and guide clients through the buying or selling process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry and the community. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to offer informed recommendations to clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible deal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist clients with property documentation, inspections, and financing arrangements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain detailed property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage leads, follow up with clients, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, continuously striving for professional growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Uphold ethical standards and ensure all transactions comply with real estate regulations and laws.

Requirements
  • Minimum3-5 years of property sales experience in UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s Degree: While not always mandatory, a bachelor\'s degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or real estate can be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in real estate sales or a related field is highly preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Local Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, neighbourhoods, and market trends. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating deals, contracts, and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills to build and maintain a client base. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical and legal standards in all real estate transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Arabic and English, can be a significant asset in the UAE\'s diverse market.
