We are looking for enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Advisor, hungry for success . this individual should be ready to bring the combination of positive attitude, discipline and intelligence to our office ,If you are the one, we are here to welcome you onboard. You will be part of a fun, lively, energetic and flexible work environment with an experienced and supportive management team as well as full Marketing and Client Relations support. Responsibilities
- Maintain and up to date knowledge by studying listings, visiting properties and participating in educational opportunities.
- Market research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
- Researches and prospect and maintain a database to develop a new business opportunities to achieve the sales target.
- Complete all the processes and paperwork\'s within the sales sequence.
- Complete all other sales related tasks within the given deadline.
- Have a good knowledge of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market and selling off plan, Secondary Markets (Minimum of 1 year).
- Solid network of existing and potential clients and connections.
- Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi\'s leading developers and owners, keeping up to date with market trends, project launches and investment options.
- Self-motivated and career oriented to meet the given target, Attentive, well organized and passionate for Real estate.
- Outgoing, Friendly and sociable and be able to develop the rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
- Knowledge and Proficiency in foreign languages is a big PLUS
- Driver license and a car is mandatory.
- Arabic and English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
