Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. The Real Estate Sales Agent will provide excellent customer service, maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, and be proactive in reaching out to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Actively prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends, property values, and legal issues related to real estate.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with information on properties and neighborhoods.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare necessary paperwork for transactions.
- Maintain a database of clients and properties and stay organized with follow-up communication.
- Attend networking events and participate in community outreach to expand client base.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as home inspectors and appraisers, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor Graduate
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with local real estate market .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver\'s license.
- fluent in both English and Arabic
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
