Job Summary: Looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Receive inquiries from clients as well as property owners and provide relevant information Reach out and talk to property owners concerning their property and its special features Gather information on properties, take photos of the same and present the same to potential clients Take clients to view selected properties and close deals Assist marketing and promoting properties Stay up to date with trends in the real estate market and develop good local knowledge of the areas of interest to clients Develop and maintain good relationships with clients as well as property owners Carry out any other tasks as may be assigned Job Qualifications and Experience Degree/Diploma on a relevant course with several years of related working experience Must be a good communicator who is able to build and maintain profitable relationships Must be self motivated with an attitude to persevere and meet targets Must be very good at negotiations with the ability to close deals Must be a honest and reliable person Should computer literate with good knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office suite Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
