Key Responsibilities: Property Showcasing: Create engaging video content to showcase our exclusive real estate properties in Dubai. This includes conducting video tours of properties, highlighting key features, and presenting them in an appealing and informative manner. Fluent English Speaking: Communicate fluently in English during video presentations to ensure clear and effective communication with a diverse clientele. Your ability to articulate property details and benefits is essential. Modeling: As a real estate model, you will represent the epitome of luxury living by presenting yourself professionally and stylishly. You will be the face of our brand during property presentations. Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to align video content with the company\'s branding and marketing strategies. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property features, and the competitive landscape to ensure accurate and relevant property presentations. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from clients, agents, and marketing teams to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of property videos. Maintain Appearance: Maintain a professional and polished appearance during video shoots and property tours, adhering to company dress code guidelines. Qualifications: Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in modeling or a related field is preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
