Real Estate Researcher ( Bilingual)
Job Description
Real Estate Market Researcher, preferably holding a university degree in Economics or a related field.
The position requires carrying out the following tasks:
- Conducting research and studies and collecting data from multiple sources.
- Analyzing real estate market trends and the factors influencing them.
- Preparing research reports and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring real estate regulations and legislation and assessing their impact on the market.
- Studying competitors and identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Supporting work teams with the necessary information and analyses to support decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
real estate industry : 7 years (Preferred)
Analyzing real estate market trends: 7 years (Preferred)
Preparing research reports and presentations: 7 years (Preferred)
real estate regulations: 7 years (Preferred)
