Recruiting real estate agents on a
commission-only structure
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new agents Coordinating agent updates on leads, pipeline, and closures Acting as the bridge between agents and management Providing regular updates and reports to Directors and Management Supporting daily coordination, follow-ups, and team communicationWhat We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, coordination in real estate Strong understanding of commission-based sales roles Confident communicator with excellent follow-up skills Organized, proactive, and able to manage targets Fluent in English
