You will work closely with clients, developers, lenders, and internal teams to support a wide range of commercial and/or residential real estate matters.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents
Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including due diligence, title review, and closings
Provide legal advice on property development, land use, zoning, and property management
Research and interpret real estate laws, regulations, and case law
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Represent the firm and clients in meetings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school
Active state bar license

Minimum 5 years of experience
practicing real estate law
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Ability to work independently on complex matters
Valid driver's license (required)
