Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, promoting property listings, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants to promote real estate projects and services. Handle

inbound inquiries

from various property portals, advertisements, and marketing campaigns. Maintain a

database of leads

, update CRM records, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time. Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers over the phone.

Qualify leads

meetings with sales consultants. Build and maintain

positive client relationships

by providing prompt information and excellent customer service. Achieve

daily/weekly call targets

and contribute to overall sales goals. Coordinate with the

sales and marketing teams

to ensure smooth conversion of leads into successful deals. Stay updated with

market trends

, new project launches, and competitor activities.

Requirements



Proven experience as a

Telecaller / Telesales Executive

(real estate experience preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in

English

(knowledge of Arabic/Germany/Spanish/French is a mandatory). Ability to

handle objections

and maintain professionalism on calls. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with

CRM software

. High level of self-motivation and result orientation. Minimum qualification:

High school / Diploma / Bachelor's degree
