He/She will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including managing paperwork, coordinating appointments, answering phones, and maintaining files.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
- Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements
- Maintain accurate and organized files for properties and clients
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Process and manage payments, invoices and expenses
- Assist in marketing efforts, such as creating flyers and posting on social media
- Manage and update databases, client lists and real estate websites
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management
- Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient transactions
- Provide general office support as needed, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
