The Property Administrator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of multiple properties. This position involves coordinating with tenants, vendors, and property managers to ensure efficient operations and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
Manage lease administration, including renewals, terminations, and compliance.
Prepare and maintain accurate property records, reports, and databases.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and rent collection.
Support property inspections and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Track and follow up on work orders and service requests.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in property administration or real estate support role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of property management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
