Commercial management of real estate portfolio;
Responsible for mapping regions, malls and data, identifying opportunities and strategies in its portfolio of operations;
Carry out commercial/contractual negotiations of current leases ensuring the best contractual conditions;
Ensuring compliance with the area’s result indicators deliveries, contributing to the adequate control of the company’s occupational costs;
Develop partnership relationships with entrepreneurs and landlords;
Develop partnership relationships with all areas of the company that are involved in the Real Estate/Expansion/Real Estate scope;

Real estate management experience with strong commercial and negotiation skills;
Market knowledge regarding retail, malls, real estate market and economic characteristics of the regions of UAE;
Knowledge of contractual instruments and legislation on tenancy in UAE;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
