Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties.
Edit and enhance photos/videos for marketing materials, website, and social media.
Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand standards.
Utilize drone photography and videography (preferred but not required).
Stage and arrange lighting to capture properties in the best possible way.
Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.
Deliver projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in real estate photography/videography.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, preferably in real estate.
Strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography and videography.
Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Experience with drone photography and videography (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Owns or has access to professional camera equipment and editing software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with virtual tours and 3D walkthroughs (e.g., Matterport).
Knowledge of social media video trends and best practices.
Graphic design skills are a plus.
