Possess strong market knowledge of off-plan and resale real estate projects; stay up to date with market trends, project developments, and investment opportunities to train and guide the in-house property consultants accordingly.
Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous process improvement.
Supervise property consultants and marketing staff; monitor performance, set goals, and provide direction on implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system, monitor data accuracy, and generate performance and activity reports.
Analyze operational and performance reports (KPIs, target tracking, productivity, attendance) and provide regular updates to senior management.
Plan and oversee onboarding and training programs for new consultants; organize ongoing internal training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales efficiency.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures within the office; develop improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate budget planning, expense tracking, and resource management within the department.
Manage the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns, maintaining coordination between the marketing and sales teams.
Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment to drive team engagement and productivity.
Supervise team leaders and ensure that all office operations align with overall business objectives.
