General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Help create and implement property development strategies, including market research, site selection, financial analysis, and new product introduction. Review and appraise land, buildings, improvements, and properties to determine the feasibility of development. Develop property development plans, including specifications, budgets, marketing, and financing. Develop asset and portfolio management plans. Conduct market research and market analysis. Design floor plans and site plans. Conduct market research and market analysis. Conduct feasibility analysis. Develop portfolio risk management strategy. Develop a capital budgeting strategy. Develop a cost-benefit analysis. Develop pro forma. Identify market opportunities. Develop product/service line strategy. Develop sales/marketing strategy. Develop a financial plan. Develop investment/partnership strategies. Develop a strategic plan. Develop a business plan. Perform other duties as assigned by the client and the line manager. This role reports to the program director. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Bachelors degree in business, real estate, or related field. 10+ years proven experience in real estate sales or property management. Experience in leasing, marketing, and tenant/landlord representation. Strong knowledge of local zoning, real estate practices, and market conditions.
