This team has expertise in a broad range of commercial real estate and hospitality transactions and are involved in some of the largest real estate development projects in the Middle East. The team deals with commercial lettings, sales and purchases (including sale and leaseback and opco/propco structures), development transactions and the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions. They advise on cross border real estate funds, property financings and joint ventures and have considerable experience in the hospitality sector and regularly advise on hotel and leisure transactions throughout MENA. Regional experience would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite. You should have solid training and academics to support your application. Please get in touch if this sounds of interest.
