We\xe2\x80\x99re recruiting \xe2\x80\x98Real Estate Manager\xe2\x80\x98 for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE. : In this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for somebody who is capable to devise and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth, expanding market share, and maximizing property value. Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Oversee property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing, while adeptly negotiating contracts, renewals, and modifications.
- Listing Management: Utilize various platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, etc., to effectively list and market vacant properties to prospective tenants or buyers.
- Property Maintenance: Ensure properties are well-maintained and promptly address maintenance and repair needs to uphold tenant satisfaction and property value.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to cultivate leads, generate referrals, and enhance business prospects.
- Experience in UAE real estate is must
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving License is a must
- Competitive salary as current market

- UAE Real Estate: 3 years (Required)
