Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of sales experience working within Real Estate
Proven success in achieving real estate sales and targets
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Develop, Present, and Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and open new business channels & opportunities
Highly Dedicated, Motivated, Result Oriented Individual with strong work ethic and ability to develop, train, and lead a strong sales team & process to achieve set goals
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & channel relationships
Key Responsibilities
They Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales
Source potential investors/buyers establish and maintain a good work relationship
Recruit real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai
Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame
Hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, detailed training & developing the sales team, actively managing team and ensuring maximum productivity, leading the sales team to success and growth
