We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager for Real Estate Company to oversee our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company\'s real estate activities, including sales, leasing, property management, and development. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor real estate agents, brokers, and property managers Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate industry Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes Manage real estate portfolios, including acquisition, disposition, and leasing activities Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports related to real estate activities Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to real estate activities Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, or a related field 8+ years of experience in real estate management, with a proven track record of success Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + Commission 75% If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in real estate management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
