Job Description
Real Estate- Administration Manager Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within UAE Real Estate/ Property management
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties and handling the real estate internal team
- Preparing all the kind of documents related to Properties new / renewal inline with concern authorities
- Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
- Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.
- Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Resolving complaints from residents and tenants.
- To maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure referrals.
- Preparing financial statements and records.
- Capable to handle complete real estate admin department
- Preparing the reports and submitting to management on daily basis and updating about the daily going progress to the Owners .
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
