We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the real estate industry in the UAE, with a strong track record of success in managing real estate portfolios, client relationships, and team performance. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of real estate operations, including sales, leasing, property management, and client services.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the real estate market.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee property inspections, maintenance activities, and tenant relations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants\' needs are addressed promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, financial analyses, and performance metrics to assess portfolio performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support decision-making processes.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the real estate industry in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and practices.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, leasing, Brokerage and client relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with local transportation networks.
- RERA certification and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
