2 years of relevant real estate listing experience
in the UAE, the candidate will supervise a dedicated team, manage territory-specific listings, and uphold high standards in documentation and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and input listings into MLS and portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and market-aligned content
Maintain an updated tracker and database of active and upcoming units; compile daily availability reports in Excel and PDF formats.
Assist agents in sourcing client-specific properties and support negotiations through preparing offer letters, MOUs, contracts, Tawtheeq generation, handover forms, permits, NOCs, and relevant documentation.
Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and landlords, driving listing acquisitions via telephonic and in-person outreach.
Provide negotiation support to agents, review terms with clients, and ensure successful deal closures.Produce daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports on listings, pipeline progress, and portfolio performance for management review.Ensure professional client communications at every stage, representing OIA Properties with excellence.
Lead and mentor a listing coordination team; assign tasks, deliver guidance, and uphold accountability.
Manage all listings within your delegated area, ensuring market coverage and team responsiveness.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity; optimize listings and strategies accordingly.
Utilize CRM and portal systems (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.) for listing and client data management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Sales, or Marketing preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate listings or coordination
Fluent in English , with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS listings, Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Excel
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-speed environment
Excellent organizational, administrative, and relationship-building capabilities
Deep understanding of UAE property regulations, Tawtheeq, contracts, NOCs, and permit processes
Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness
