We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, marketing properties for sale, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing them with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Contact property owners to assess their availability and interest in listing their properties.
Conduct thorough property inspections to verify the accuracy of property information and identify any potential issues.
Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both buyers and sellers.
Engage in daily research to stay abreast of current market trends and pricing.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies for listed properties.
Provide the marketing team with information on hot deals and verified units.
Schedule property viewings for Sales and Marketing department.
Draft and execute Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Prepare daily reports summarizing activities and progress.
Qualifications:
Real estate license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Listing Agent or in a related field.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and pricing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
