Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Listing Agent

to join our thriving real estate team. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a vital role in driving the company's success by acquiring new listings, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation

Serve as the main point of contact for property owners looking to sell their real estate. Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their selling goals and timelines.

Property Evaluation & Pricing

Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine competitive property prices. Advise clients on pricing strategies based on market conditions.

Listing & Marketing

Prepare and list properties on Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other platforms. Coordinate professional photography, staging, and virtual tours. Design and execute marketing plans including online ads, print materials, and open houses.

Communication & Coordination

Schedule and host property showings. Provide regular feedback to clients from potential buyers and agents. Coordinate with photographers, inspectors, and contractors as needed.

Negotiations & Transactions

Receive and review purchase offers. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve the best outcome for the seller. Work closely with escrow, legal, and mortgage professionals to ensure smooth closings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent (1 years preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients Familiarity with local real estate market trends Tech-savvy with CRM systems and listing platforms Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
