The Listing Agent is responsible for sourcing properties, securing listings, and managing them from onboarding through successful leasing or sale. The role focuses on building strong relationships with property owners, ensuring accurate listings, and supporting revenue growth through effective market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Source and secure residential and/or commercial property listings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords.
Conduct property inspections and collect all required property details and documents.
Prepare, upload, and manage property listings across company portals, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
Ensure listings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with marketing teams for property photos, videos, and advertisements.
Monitor market trends, rental/sales prices, and competitor listings.
Support leasing and sales teams by providing updated availability and property information.
Negotiate listing terms, commissions, and agreements with property owners.
Maintain organized records of listings, contracts, and client communications.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly listing targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in real estate listing, leasing, or sales (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
