Key Responsibilities:
Prospect for new listing leads through calls, referrals, and marketing
Provide listing presentations and guide clients through the selling process
Accurately price and market homes using current market data
Coordinate photography, staging, and open houses
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of sellers
Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Spanish
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the transaction

Qualifications:
Fluent in
English and Arabic
(verbal and written communication)
Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Familiarity with MLS, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms
