Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to establish accurate and attractive listing prices.
Build strong relationships with property owners to list their properties for sale or rent.
Advise the owners of the fair market price and value.
Obtain all required permits for marketing purposes in compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations.
Regularly update sales team with new listing.
Advise clients on preparing homes for sale, including staging recommendations and minor repair guidance.
Create compelling marketing materials and list properties on the MLS and additional platforms.
Organize and conduct showings, private tours, and open houses to attract qualified buyers.
Present and negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible terms.
Manage all transaction documentation and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the selling process.
Leverage CRM systems to manage leads, track activities, and maintain client records effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Listing Agent, Seller's Agent, or similar real estate sales role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems is required.
Active real estate license.
