We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Listing Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 2 years of experience

as a listing agent and must be confident in communicating with property owners, managing client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and acquire property listings Maintain and grow relationships with property owners Prepare and present listing presentations Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages Coordinate property viewings and marketing strategies Negotiate offers and finalize contracts

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Listing Agent Strong

communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build trust and rapport with property owners Fluent in

English

(required);

Arabic

is a strong plus Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred Self-motivated and goal-oriented
